My journey began in the early 90s when I founded and managed a group of companies in plant production, landscape architecture, irrigation systems, retail of garden supplies, public works, and animal husbandry. This early entrepreneurial experience laid a solid foundation for my logistical and managerial skills.

From there, my career took me into the international arena.

As a Managing Partner and Project Manager in Romania, I managed real estate portfolios and led franchise and retail operations. My responsibilities included overseeing significant assets and coordinating complex transactions, which honed my ability to handle high-stakes projects.

My passion for humanitarian work led me to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), where I have held numerous pivotal roles. As a Technical & Logistics Coordinator and Project Coordinator, I have managed regular and emergency operations in some of the most challenging environments, including Yemen, South Sudan, Iraq, Sudan, Lebanon, Uganda, Jordan and the Philippines. These roles required exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to lead teams under pressure.

In Greece, I supported migration and refugee response projects at the European Union Agency for Asylum. My work involved coordinating site management, administrative support, and essential services to vulnerable populations. This experience underscored the importance of collaboration and effective communication in achieving humanitarian goals.

My tenure with MSF has also involved coaching and mentoring, where I have guided logistics managers and project teams to enhance their operational effectiveness. This aspect of my work has been particularly rewarding, as it has allowed me to share my knowledge and contribute to the professional development of others.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent ability to manage humanitarian logistics and operations, coordinate complex projects, and respond effectively to emergencies. My extensive work and travel in over 57 countries have equipped me with a unique perspective and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and operational landscapes.
